Company RTD Plast was established for the purpose of optimization of the PVC windowsill supplies to the Far-Eastern region. This enabled to essentially reduce the periods of deliveries and work out the competitive cost proposal.
At present, the factory has the production facilities with area of 2000 m2 where two Austrian manufacturing lines operate. The factory is fitted with equipment produced by companies Cincinnati Extrusion, Technoplast and Theysohn. In the factory, the closed water cycle system as well as cleaning and cooling systems operate. Both extrusion lines are equipped with baths with the systems of eddy cooling.
Control of works and equipment adjustment were carried out by the engineers of the Austrian manufacturing companies. In addition, the Austrian specialists provided training of the employees at factory. The modern high-speed extruders were equipped with the computer modules which allow to operate in the full-automatic mode.
At all stages of production, the quality control is exercised which provides the high reliability of the products.
For preservation of the stools surfaces during stocking, transportation and installation, each RTD windowsill has a protective coating which covers the whole windowsill from front side to front side and packed into polyethylene.
There are certificates for the company products - RTD windowsills - which confirm the quality conformity with the norms and requirements of GOSTs.
In addition to the windowsills, company RTD-Plast produces the RTD jamb panels using the high-quality plastic. The solid surface of a jamb is resistant to the UV-rays, has dull color and massive structure.
